Frequently asked questions
Here are some common questions about NEKST.
You participate in the trade of tangible, non-perishable commodities such as coffee, maize, and rice. These goods have a steadysupply with full traceability on origin, using environmentally safe practices.
NEKST offers two forms of buyer arrangements:
- Commercial Buyers – Focused purely on trade growth and profitability.
- Impact Buyers – Surcharge is levied and directed to partner NGOs supporting food, education and livelihood programs.
Minimums depend on each commodity. Buyers receive the specific requirements during the onboarding process.
Impact happens through NGO-led initiatives funded by Impact Buyers’ contributions. These projects focus on food security, education, and community livelihood development across Uganda, Türkiye, and Senegal.
